After reviewing your order history and our email correspondence, it is clear that we made consistent efforts to address the fit issues with your vintage Revo 870 replacement lenses. We requested minimal information, including three images of your frames and lenses, to ensure accuracy in resolving the fit issue. However, initially, you indicated that you were too busy to provide the requested images. After a change of heart, you did provide some images. Unfortunately, these images did not align with our specific requests, thereby hindering our ability to effectively address the problem. Over the years we have found there can be various factors such as manufacturer frame model changes, frame damage, authenticity issues and other unknown variables that can prevent our lenses from fitting properly. We have successfully made and sold a multitude of replacement lenses to fit Revo 870 sunglass frames without any fit issues or problems. However, we understand that the lenses we provided were not the right fit for your particular frames. In response to your dissatisfaction, we promptly issued a full refund for your order upon your request. We previously apologised for any inconvenience you experienced during our email correspondence, and once again, I reiterate that we are sorry for any disappointment this situation may have caused.
