Send in your sunglasses
Send your sunglasses to us using our Professional Postage Kit (available in Australia), or simply post them yourself from anywhere in the world. We’ll email step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
Installation & return delivery
Our optical engineers will professionally install your new lenses, tighten hinges, and give your frames a general service. We’ll notify you when your sunglasses are on their way back home with tracking.
Before a lens is cut, our equipment maps the exact geometry of your frame, capturing every curve, angle, and edge specific to your model. That data drives the entire cutting process, so the finished lens fits your frame precisely.
Every lens is individually cut using optical-grade machinery, to match the trace data from your specific frame. There are no generic moulds, or batch runs. Every pair is made to order.

We can fit lenses into about 90% of sunglasses. Unfortunately there are a few exceptions, we’ll let you know if your sunglasses are not eligible for our custom service.
We can’t make custom lenses for large single shield/goggle frames, or very old and fragile frames.
