Sunglass Fix makes returns & exchanges straightforward. Here's everything you need to know.

How long do I have?

You have 180 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your lenses. That's six months to wear them, test them, and decide. If something isn't right, we want to know.

Beyond that, manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from purchase. And if a lens ever breaks, our lifetime breakage warranty means it can be replaced, no matter how long you've had them.

What can I return?

Within 180 days, you can return or exchange your lenses for any reason. That includes: Lenses that don't fit your frames. Lenses in a colour you're not happy with. Lenses that arrived damaged. Lenses you've changed your mind about. You don't need a reason beyond not being satisfied.

Manufacturer defects covers any manufacturing flaws, but do not cover normal wear and tear like scratches, so please be nice to your new lenses.

After 180 days, broken lenses are covered under our lifetime breakage warranty. This is only applicable to lenses that are not clip-in or drilled-rimless models.

What will it cost me?

If the issue was our mistake, a manufacturing fault or an incorrect order on our end, we'll cover everything and make it right at no cost to you.

If you ordered the wrong lenses or simply changed your mind, a restocking fee of $10 per pair may apply in some cases. Return postage is at the customer's cost.

Is there anything I can't return?

Returns are for lenses only. Frames are not covered under our returns policy. Lenses must be in as-new condition unless a fault or damage is the reason for the return.

How do I start?

Head to our product support page and fill in the form. You'll need your order number, which you can find in your original purchase confirmation email, and a photo of the inside of your frames showing the model number. Having these ready will help our team resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Once you've submitted the form, you will receive an email confirmation, and our customer care team will review your request and be in touch within 48 hours.
