After reviewing your order history and our previous correspondence, I can confirm that we sent you an email requesting specific images to help confirm your model and size. This step is required when resolving fit issues as it helps us ensure accuracy. You did provide some images but unfortunately they didn't include the specific ones we needed, particularly of the inside arms of your frames. This is often where customers accidently order the wrong model or size and these images are essential for starting the exchange process. We also offered you a full refund upon returning the lenses since your order falls within our 6 month policy period. We have a Returns Centre in your country and the cost to return the lenses is minimal. It appears we haven’t yet received a response regarding this offer, so I have resent the email for your convenience. Please respond when you're ready, and we'll be happy to assist further.
