Hi Israr, I'm sorry the lenses you ordered didn't fit your frames. I'm also unsure why your attempts to contact us failed. I have searched our customer care database and was unable to find an email with either your order number in it or from the email you ordered with. Normally we get back to customers in 1 business day or less but I'm sorry we can't find your email. I will have someone from our care team reach out to you. They are very skilled at figuring out what might had gone wrong with your order and I'm sure they'll be able to help you get lenses for your sunglasses or set up a return for a refund.
